What we provide

Voting Plan is a nonpartisan voter information service. We help you find accurate information about voting rules in your state. We do not endorse candidates, parties, or ballot measures.

Important disclaimer

The information on this Site is for educational purposes only. We are not a government agency. We are not an official election information source. Always verify specific deadlines, rules, and locations with your state or local election office before voting.

We make every effort to keep the information accurate and current, but voting rules change, errors are possible, and your state's election office is the authoritative source.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to harass, intimidate, or impersonate others; not to attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Site; not to use the Site for any commercial purpose without our written permission; and not to submit false or misleading information.

Contributions

If you make a voluntary contribution through our Support page, the contribution is processed by Stripe. Contributions to Voting Plan are not tax-deductible. Voting Plan is operated by Robert B. Earl Jr. as a sole proprietorship, not a nonprofit. Your contribution supports the operator's time and the cost of running the Site.

We do not provide refunds for contributions except in cases of demonstrable error or fraud. If you believe your contribution was made in error, contact us at hello@votingplan.com within 30 days.
